Widespread rain-thundershower with strong gusty winds (scattered heavy to exceptionally very heavy falls) are expected in Tharparker (Mithi, Islamkot, Nagarparkar, Chachro, Dhali, Diplo, Kaloi), Umer Kot, Mirpurkhas, Sanghar, Khairpur, Shaheed Benazirabad, Matiari, Tando Allayar, Tando Muhammad Khan, Hyderabad, Karachi, Thatta, Badin Sajawal, Jamshoro, Dadu, Kashmore, Sukkur, Larkana, Jacobabad, Shikarpur and Ghotki from 07th (evening/night) to 10th September with occasional gaps. Rain-wind/thundershower (with scattered heavy falls) is expected in Barkhan, Musakhel, Loralai, Sibbi, Zhob, Naseerabad, Bolan, Dera Bugti, Kohlu, Kalat, Khuzdar, Lasbella, Awaran, Pasni, Makran coast and Gawadar from 07th to 10th September. with occasional gaps Rain-wind/thundershower (with isolated heavy falls) is expected in Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura, Sialkot, Narowal, Okara, Sahiwal, Pakpattan, Bahawalnagar, Vehari, Khanewal, Multan, Lodhran, Bahawalpur, Rahimyar Khan, Rajanpur, Kot Addu and Dera Ghazi Khan from 07th to 09th September.

Heavy to very heavy rainfall has commenced over the upper catchments of Eastern Rivers. According to the latest hydrometeorological conditions, the intensity of rainfall is likely to increase significantly. Consequently, the flows in the River Chenab at Marala, Khanki, and Qadirabad, along with the nullahs and tributaries of the Chenab and Ravi, are expected to rise to very high levels from 0600PST of 3rd Sept 2025 to 0600PST of 4 Sept 2025. The flood intensity in the River Ravi entirely depends on the releases from Madhopur Barrage in India. However, due to heavy to very heavy rainfall downstream of Madhopur Barrage and in the catchments of the nullahs of the River Ravi, medium to high flows may develop in the River Ravi at Jassar.
